2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tsp sugar -- or splenda
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley -- dried flakes
1 tsp dried oregano -- crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Rub onto beef steaks before grilling or broiling. Makes about 1/3 cup.
