1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 cl garlic -- minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger root
1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup scallions -- thinly sliced
Combine all the ingredients and use the mixture to marinade any type of meat.
