1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsps mint
1 tbsp parsley
1 1/2 tsps salt
3/4 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Mix together and pour over lamb chops. Marinate overnight.
Brown chops in frying pan with oil.
Place chops in oven proof dish and bake at 350°F-175°C for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
