50 milliliters olive oil -- 2 oz
30 milliliters wine vinegar -- 1 oz
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp rosemary sprigs -- leaves crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch ground ginger
1/4 tsp minced garlic

Mix together. Refrigerate. Marinate lamb overnight.
