Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tbsp salad oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp curry powder

Dissolve curry powder in vinegar, stir in oil.
Season meat with salt and pepper and place in marinade and soak for at least 1 hour, at room temperature.
Turn meat occasionally.
For beef, pork or lamb.
