1 tbsp five-spice powder
1/8 tsp molasses
1 tbsp splenda
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
This makes about 3 Tablespoons, enough for 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of meat. Stir all ingredients in a cup and use for a marinade.
