1/4 cup brown sugar twin
or 1/4 cup splenda + 2 tsp molasses
1 tbsp Hickory Salt
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Mustard -- Dry
1/4 tsp Cayenne
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
Rub generously into skinless chicken, pork chops.
Let the meat marinate for an hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cooking.
