1/2 cup splenda
1 tbsp molasses -- to taste
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup orange Juice
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 cl garlic -- minced

Mix ingredients in large bowl, place meats in glass dish. Pour marinade over meat and cover. Place in refrigerator for four hours. Save marinade for basting.
