1 tbsp splenda -- sub
1/8 tsp molasses -- tiny amount
1 tsp black peppercorns
2 tsp mustard seed -- yellow
2 tsp coriander seed
2 cl garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor, processes until seeds and garlic are crushed. Prepare selected beef cuts by brushing lightly with oil. Pat on spice mix. Season generously with salt.
