BBQ RUM RIBS MARINADE/SAUCE

1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup dark rum
2 cl garlic -- crushed
1 tbsp molasses
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 dash pepper
Combine all ingredients. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Best Overnight. Enough for about 2-3kilo 4-5lb Ribs. Soak ribs in marinade for about 2 hours. Remove ribs and drain. Heat up marinade and reduce to sauce. BBQ or Grill ribs basting with sauce. Serve brushed with remaining sauce.
