1/4 cup cider vinegar -- or vinegar wine
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper -- ground
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp molasses

Combine well and let stand several hours before using. Place meat and marinade in resealable bag. Marinate for at least 4 hours turning every hour or so.
