BBQ CHILE-MARINADE/SAUCE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 red chiles -- seeded and chopped
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cl garlic -- crushed
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp molasses
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tequila
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp cumin
1 dash allspice
1/2 cup water

Combine all ingredients. Let stand for at least 4 hours. Best Overnight. Enough for about 2-3Kilo 4-5lb Ribs. Soak ribs in marinade for about 2 hours. Remove ribs and drain. Heat up marinade and reduce to sauce.BBQ or Grill ribs basting with sauce. Serve brushed with remaining sauce.
