ANOTHER CAJUN DRY RUB THAT'S GOOD ON CHICKEN:

1 clove garlic
1/2 sm onion
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper -- ground
1/2 tsp cumin -- ground
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
Chop garlic and onion and put into dish of spice grinder with all the other ingredients.
Grind to a uniform paste.
Rub this paste onto the chicken after marinating in Italian dressing.
Grill direct or indirect over medium coals.
