WONDERFUL EGG OMELET FROM JUDY

2 eggs
2 tsp splenda
1 tsp vanilla
1 oz cream cheese -- 30gr softened in mic
Beat together eggs ,splenda,vanilla, and cream cheese.
Pour into greased skillet and cook until top is still slightly runny. Then finish under broiler till lightly browned . Top with sour cream sweetened with splenda and toasted sliced almonds. The original recipe says you will think you are in epicurean heaven.
