1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp heavy cream
1/4 cup cheddar cheese -- sharp
1/4 cup bacon -- chopped
sugar free syrup 1 tbsp
Heat butter in an omelet pan
Combine eggs, cream, bacon, cheese and syrup
Pour mixture in hot pan, let sit, accasionally moving cooked eggs from Edge
Carefully flip (over the sink like I do)
Eat....this makes enough for 2, or one hungry guy
