8 eggs
1/2 cup half and half -- 50% water/cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ham -- cooked aand chopped
1/4 cup green onion -- chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion -- finely chopped

In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream until light and fluffy.
Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper and onion.
Pour into a greased 9" - 230mm. square baking dish.
Bake at 400°F-200°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
