5 eggs
1/2 cup half and half -- 50% water/cream
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs -- your choice
1 tbsp ham -- chopped
1 tbsp asparagus tips
Beat eggs to a stiff froth, add milk, pepper and salt, ham and asparagus. Pour into hot well-buttered frying pan. Cook quickly, keeping the edges free with a knife. When cooked and brown underneath turn over quickly and brown other side, or else cook top under flame of griller. Serve very hot. This makes enough for three or four persons.
