1 tbsp Peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil
FILLING
6 oz shrimp -- (prawns) raw
1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tbsp soy flour
1 tbsp scallion -- finely chopped

Follow instructions for Egg Roll recipe for making egg roll. FILLING: Shell prawns and chop very finely; mix in other ingredients and proceed as in Egg Rolls.
