1 shallot -- finely chopped
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup half and half -- 50% cream-water
Combine butter, shallot and curry powder in pie plate, cook on HIGH 30 seconds. Add combined eggs and milk, cook on HIGH 1 minute, stir outside edges into center, cook on HIGH further 1 minute.
