CORNED BEEF OVEN OMELET

8 eggs
1 cup light cream
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
4 oz corned beef brisket, canned -- 125gr sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp minced onion -- instant mix

Preheat oven to 325°F-160°C. Beat eggs, cream and seasoned salt together. Tear corned beef into small pieces and add to egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased baking dish, 8x8x2 inches 200x200mm . Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
