CHINESE TEA EGGS

12 eggs -- (12-18)
3 tbsp tea -- leaves; or 6 Tbsp
used tea leaves
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp star anise
Boil eggs 25 minutes. Cool and crack shells by rolling around. Add other ingredients. Cook 1 hour. Peel and serve.
They're very decorative and tasty. Good picnic food.
