6 eggs -- hard-boiled, chopped
4 tbsp butter -- melted
1 tsp minced onion -- or onion flakes
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz red or black caviar -- 125g
Combine chopped eggs, butter, and onion.
Spread on an 8' - 20cm dessert or salad plate.
Chill until firm. Frost with sour cream. Chill again.
Just before serving, top with caviar.
