1 can shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle cheese evenly in the bottom of the pan. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until firm.
Let cool slightly before cutting into squares to serve.
