TORTA CALIFORNIA DIP

1 lb cream cheese -- 500gr softened
1/2 lb goat cheese -- 250gr
2 garlic clove
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme leaves -- crushed
3 tbsp pesto sauce -- well drained
1/3 cup roasted red peppers -- drained, chopped
Line 1 quart souffle dish or loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Place cream cheese, goat chees and garlic in food processor. Process until well blended.
Add oil and thyme. Beat well.
Place 1/3 of cheese mixture into prepared pan; cover with pesto.
Place 1/3 of cheese mixture over pesto; cover with roasted red peppers.
Top with remainining 1/3 of cheese mixture.
Press down to make sure it is packed into pan.
Cover; chill.
Unmold; remove plastic wrap.
Smooth sides with a knife dipped in hot water.
Garnish with fresh herbs and red pepper curls.
Serve with lo-carb toast points, crackers and veggies.
