SPICY COUEURA LA CREME

1 1/2 lb cream cheese -- 750gr softened
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cl garlic -- minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/3 cup salsa
Place all ingredients except sals in food processor; process until well blended.
Line 3 cup mold with cheesecloth or plastic wrap.
Pour in cream cheese mixture.
Cover with cheesecloth or plastic wrap.
Chill overnight.
Unwrap top of mold.
Unmold; carefully remove cheesecloth or plastic wrap.
Top with salsa.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh cilantro.
Serve with lo-carb toast points, crackers, pork rinds and veggies.
