ROQUEFORT STEAK SPREAD

1/4 cup roquefort cheese -- shredded
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp grated onion -- finely chopped
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 drop hot pepper sauce

Blend all ingredients together thoroughly. Spread over broiled/grilled steak or ground beef patties after they are cooked to desired doneness. Return to broiler and broil just until topping is bubbly.
