1 pt sour cream -- 257ml
2 cups salsa
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lg green onions -- chopped
Pork rinds or Low-carb tortilla chips

Peel and seed avocados and with fork. Mash into a 9x13 30x330mm pan to cover bottom then layer as follows: avocados/salsa/sour cream/shredded cheese/green onion Chill and serve.
