2 eggs, hard-boiled -- yolks only
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp hot pepper flakes -- or tobasco sauce
2 tbsp onion -- finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 drops lemon juice
Mash cottage cheese and yokes until creamy.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill and serve with pork rinds.
