PARMESAN CHEESE PINE CONES

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

12 oz cream cheese -- 365gr softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 tsp oregano -- crushed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cups almonds -- whole

-Combine all ingredients except nuts.
-Shape into a pair of " pine cones" on a large serving plate.
-Use the almonds to form `petals'.
-Decorate the plate with evergreen sprigs and Christmas balls.
-Serve with low carb crackers, breads or vegies.
