CAJUN MAYONNAISE:
-In a small bowl combine 1 cup mayonaise & 1T. dried Cajun seasoning mix.

CHIPOLTE MAYONNAISE:
-In a blender container or food processor, combine 1 cup mayo & 1 chipolte
chili in adobo sauce.
-Process until smooth.
-Makes 1 cup.

LEMON HERB MAYONNAISE:
-In a small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 2T. chopped fresh basil or
Rosemary & 2 tsp. grated lemon peel.
-Mix well.

PESTO MAYONNAISE:
-In a small bowl combine 1 cup mayo with 1 T. dry pesto mix{from .5 oz. pkg.},
mix well.

ROASTED PEPPER MAYONNAISE:
-In a food processor or blender,combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup roasted red
peppers, drained & 1/4 tsp. dried oregano.
-Process until smooth.

SOUTHWESTERN MAYONNAISE:
-In a small bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Old El Paso Salsa{or your
choice or homemade}& 1/4 tsp. ground cumin.
-Mix well.
-Great spreads for sandwiches, wraps & toppings for burgers.
