IMITATION CHOPPED LIVER

2 lg onions
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 lb French-style green beans -- 454g, drained
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 cup chopped walnuts
Using food processor, chop onions. Saute onion in oil in large skillet.
Return onion to food processor and add eggs, green beans and seasonings. Blend thoroughly.
Add walnuts and mix well.
Spoon mixture in to mold or shape into mound on serving plate. Chill.
Serve with veggies or crackers.
