6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onion -- finely minced
1 cl garlic -- minced (1 to 2)
2 tbsp parsley -- chopped
8 oz cream cheese -- 250gr
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 hot sauce
12 oz crabmeat -- 425gr frozen or cann
Melt butter in microwave safe dish. Add onion and garlic - heat on high for 3 min. Add cheese - heat for 1/2 min. Add other ingredients and cook on high for 2 1/2 mins.
