HOT CHEESY ALMOND SPREAD

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 lb cream cheese -- 250gr softened
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 dash ground nutmeg
1 dash pepper
1/4 cup sliced almonds -- toasted

Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C.
Beat all ingredients except almonds until well blended.
Stir in almonds.
Spread into 9" 230mm pie plate.
Bake 15 min, stirring half way through.
Garnish with additional toasted sliced almonds.
