1/4 lb liver sausage -- 125g
1/4 lb cream cheese -- 125g
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp whipping cream
1 pinch curry powder
Seasoning
parsley to garnish
Put liver sausage without skin into a basin with the cheese
Beat until well mixed.
Stir in the melted butter, curry powder, Worcester sauce and cream.
Season if necessary
Pack into small pots and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
It will keep several days in the refrigerator.
