1 lb browned ground beef -- 454gr
1/2 lb browned Italian sausage -- 250gr
1 jar salsa
1 sm Velveeta cheese

Mix all ingredients well over low heat until thouroughly melted together and serve with pork rinds. Try some cream cheese with this dip. It adds a great taste. You won't believe how good it is and it is very low in carbs! Bon apetit!
