vegetable cooking spray
1 cup minced red onion
1 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Place a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, and saute 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in sugar substitute, water and vinegar; cover and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, and cool.
Place cottage cheese in a food processor, and process until smooth. Spoon into bowl, and stir in onion mixture, mayonnaise, and remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill.
