CREAMED ROAST BEEF DIP

8 oz cream cheese -- 250gr softened
2 tbsp cream
1/4 lb leftover roast beef -- 125gr or sliced
roast beef from deli, chopped
1/2 onion -- grated
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp bell pepper
chopped (use red if you can find
them at this time of year)
1/4 cup pecans -- chopped

Preheat oven to 300°F-150°C. Combine cream cheese and cream in food processor.
Add meat, onion, and bell pepper and mix well. Add white pepper, salt, and sour cream.
Put in baking dish and top with pecans. Bake 15 to 20 mins, or until heated through. Serve warm with cucumber slices or bell pepper chunks.
