1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
1 tbsp minced onion -- finely minced
1 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Wasa -- or other lowcarb
rye flavored crackers
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan, onion, parsley and salt and pepper.
Spread mixture generously on LC bread slices.
Broil or bake (at 450°F-230°C ) the slices until golden brown and bubbly, about 3 to 4 minutes.
