3 cups American cheese
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/3 cup dry white wine
Heat butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in cheese gradually until melted. Add Tabasco; stir in wine slowly. Heat, stirring constantly until hotbsp Pour into ceramic fondue pot or chafing dish; keep warm.
