Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pkg cream cheese -- (8 oz) softened
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup bacon -- cook crumble crisply
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp green onions -- sliced
2 cups pecans -- chopped

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce in large mixer bowl.
Beat a medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
Stir in bacon, cheese and green onion by hand.
Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or more.
Form cheese mixture into log shape or cheese ball, roll in pecans to coat.
Wrap in plastic food wrap, refrigerate until well chilled (at least 2 hours).
