BUTTERFLY DIP

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

8 oz Cream cheese -- 250gr.
2 tbsp Green onion -- fresh chopped
2 tbsp garlic powder -- chopped
1 Egg white -- cooked and chopped
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Fresh parsley

Mix in blender. If desired, sprinkle finely chopped egg yolk on top. Serve with Graham low carb crackers . Makes 1 1/2 cups.
