2 tbsp Unsalted Butter -- softened
1 cl minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
2 tbsp Dried Parsley -- minced
1 tbsp Dried Chives -- minced
8 oz Cream Cheese -- softened
3 tbsp half and half -- 50% water/cream
Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Place in ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavours to blend. Bring to room temperature before serving.
