BLUE CHEESE DIP WITH VEGETABLES

1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese -- sm curd
2 tbsp half and half -- 505 water/cream
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 med bell pepper
Raw vegetables
Place all ingredients except bell pepper and raw vegetables in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Slice bell pepper in two lenghtwise and hollow out. Spoon dip into halves. Serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
