1 sm brie -- small wheel
2 tbsp butter -- melted
1/4 cup almond slivers -- toasted
Toast almonds in oven until lightly golden. Set aside.
Microwave Brie wheel on low until melted and "gooey".
Top with melted butter and sliced almonds.
Serve warm with celery sticks, sliced vegetables, low-carb crackers, cheese crisps, pork rinds, etc.
