ALMOND OR PISTACHIO CHEESE LOG

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz cream cheese -- 500g softened
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup slivered almonds
or chopped pistachio nuts

Cream cheeses with mustard.
On waxed paper, shape into a roll 9' - 23mm long.
Roll in nuts, wrap in plastic and chill.
Let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
