2 eggs
1 cup olive oil
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp mustard -- prepared
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp splenda
10 cloves garlic -- finely minced
Assorted fresh vegetables
In a blender, combine eggs, olive oil, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, mustard, salt and splenda; cover and blend 5 seconds. With blender on high speed, pour 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a very slow, thin stream; stir occasionally until thickened. Stir in garlic; chill.
Serve with assorted fresh vegetables for dipping.
