1 1/4 cups finely chopped walnuts
3 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp butter -- softened
1/4 cup flour
Combine walnuts, splenda, butter and flour in a bowl and mix well.
Grease a 23 cm (9”)pie plate, add mixture and press firmly and evenly,with the back of a spoon, against base and side,making a small rim.
Cook in a 400°F-200°C oven for 8-10 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack.
Spoon in filling of your choice and serve.
