8 oz cream cheese -- 250gr softened
1 lg egg
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup splenda
4 tbsp Peanut butter
Mix all Ingredients and blend for about 5 minutes.Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups, fill with mixture and bake in 350°F-180°C oven for about 20 minutes.
