MANGUS' PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE

24 oz cream cheese -- 700gr
4 eggs
1 cup Splenda
2 tsp vanilla
15 oz canned pumpkin -- 450g
allspice -- to taste
Mix together cream cheese, eggs, sweetner and vanilla. Add Pumpkin & allspice. Butter a spring form pan or cake pan and if you have parchement paper, put some of that in the bottom too. Bake 325°F-160°C for 40 -50 minutes. Watch it so it doesn't over brown. Chill in fridge for 24 hours. Top with whipped cream!
