Dessert Cheesecake Crust

3/4 cup pork cracklings -- crushed
3/4 cup ground walnuts
3 tbsp butter -- softened
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Splenda

Mix together and pat on the bottom of pan. Add cheesecake batter and bakeas usual. could also try baking for 3-5 min. before adding batter for extra"crispness".
